Since 2021, the Kansas City Chiefs have worked to establish themselves as the pre-eminent NFL franchise across the globe. In 2023, the club played its first-ever regular season game in Frankfurt, Germany.

To maximize the commercial, brand building, and fan engagement opportunity of this moment, Gold Rabbit conceived, developed, and delivered a first-of-its-kind activation; the “ChampionShip”, a retro-fitted and completely branded river cruise ship. This larger-than-life experience featured fan-first storytelling, VIP hospitality moments, team partner integrations, merchandise sales, a Kansas City Chiefs museum, and even the Vince Lombardi Trophy. The effort generated billions of media impressions and significant earned media return.
